		<description>Well I know for sure that the energy saving bulbs are at least alot more powerfriendly that the standard &quot;old school&quot; ones. My local council last year to try and encourage a more energy efficient town actually sent every house in the borough 2 free energy saving bulbs to get people going. I used them, and I haven&#039;t looked back since.</description>
